Getting Started Getting Fit
Having a hard time sticking to an exercise routine? If you are like me, you have great plans for an exercise routine but just never stick to it. Well I have kept my weights and thigh master in plain site and have compromised with myself that a little here and there is better than none right? So when I pass by them I pick up what ever hits me and do about ten minutes of exercise with it. Whatever you use, if you have dug up old equipment from the deep recesses of your closet or purchased something new and can't stick to a routine try this idea. I found myself eventually looking forward to passing my weights and picking them up and soon ten minutes turned into 20 minutes twice a day. Oh maybe I am on a routine or getting close to one. The thing is don't berate yourself for not having a true routine or for not being on a rigorous plan right off the bat, ease into it a little at a time and pretty soon you will turn around and realize you do have your own routine.
